The ORMAMACCHINE series NPC presses are the result of a constant study of a highly functional and reliable machine. The main features of this series of machines are:
PRESSURE STRUCTURE
All in wicker beam welded beams and machined with precision machine tools. The decision to prefer a beam structure with respect to the use of bent sheets (economically most advantageous) is derived from the desire to offer the customer a highly reliable product where the first place is the quality.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
• The piston rods are thick chromium plated to ensure perfect sliding and, therefore, longer sealing gaskets and the same piston. In this case too, a chromium-plated quality choice is preferred as it is possible to chromate with a "wet" system with lower costs, but with no guarantee of longevity.
• All pistons are bolted to the frame to be able to disassemble them quickly and carry out the necessary operations, if necessary for service or maintenance. Another choice of quality, as it is also possible in this case to reduce production costs by welding the piston to the structure; but in doing so, the presupposition of the feature of the press on which we rely on the design of our machines would fail.
• High reliability pump with dual pump system; a low pressure for a fast closing of the plane and the automatic insertion of the other, high pressure, to achieve the pressure set by the telescopic operator.
• Engine of the control unit immersed in oil bath to achieve better lubrication and reduce noise. Avoiding any possible damage by accidental shots.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
• Complete and functional control panel from which the operator can adjust and use all the functions of the press. As standard all presses are complete with automatic pressure recovery device. This device always keeps the set pressure even if the panel, under the plane push, decreases in thickness.
• The control panel is mounted on a hinged door (180 ° opening) and therefore all servicing or maintenance operations can be carried out comfortably.
• From the touchscreen digital display in the control panel, the operator can set and / or adjust any press function and exactly: - setting and displaying the digital working pressure - setting and displaying the working temperature (for presses with electric boiler) - digital timing setting and display for setting the pressurization time - automatic setting of the automatic heating system heating (for electric boiler presses). possibility to set every day of the week.- Choice of power on / off of the operation of the exclusion of two press pistons (the exclusion is standard on the 8/10 pistons presses and optional in the 6 pistons version) - possibility to partially electric boiler consumption (above 20 kW).
• Automatic calculation of the machine settings (bar) depending on the specific pressure (kgcm2) to be applied on the elements to be pressed.
• The electrical panel responds to European CE standards and the controls are low voltage.
• On all presses of the NPC series, the emergency perimeter rope is fitted as standard, which gives the possibility of blocking the movement of the press plane from any side of the machine.
MECHANICAL BODIES
• All presses of the NPC series are equipped with a cross-rib rack system as follows: 2 groups of racks for the depth of the plane and 2 groups for the length all connected by twisting shafts to ensure a perfect movement of the plan.
• No 4 side table guides, positioned on the 4 internal sides of the press studs, are a further guarantee of perfect planar movement both during the closing and opening stages.
• The flatness of the press planes is guaranteed by the precision with which the beams are worked. In fact, both planes are welded to each other and subsequently machined with a mechanical cutter.
